Dealer Application

So you want to be an Artisan Dice dealer? Awesome! We’d love to have you. Please make sure that you fit all of our requirements though. Don’t worry it’s a short list and most legitimate retailers will fit the the bill quite nicely as as the requirements are pretty standard.

Dealer Requirements:

  • You MUST have a store front with a physical location.*
  • You MUST have a valid Sales Tax ID number.*
  • Your store can not be located within 15 miles (7 miles in a metropolitan area) of a store that is already an Artisan Dice dealer.**
  • No advertised sales price less than MSRP.***
  • No online sales.
  • If you have multiple locations you’ll need to apply for each store.

What’s with all the rules? Well these are set up to protect our dealers. We believe that signing on as an Artisan Dice dealer makes you part of the family. To that end we give you an exclusive area in which to do business and by keeping the Artisan Dice website as the sole outlet for online sales, we insure that no one is dumping our product on eBay at pennies over cost, since that’s not good for us or our dealers. It also allows us to point local customers directly to our dealers whenever possible. We strongly believe in supporting our local gaming stores. Which is another reason we require you to provide photographic proof that you in fact do have a physical location.

So what do you get as an Artisan Dice dealer? Well for one you become a member of the Artisan Dice family. What does that mean? It means you have a direct line to the folks that handcraft each and every die we send out. So if you have an idea you’d like to see implemented or a suggestion you want to make all you have to do is pick up the phone because you’re dealing with a small company that still believes in southern hospitality, not some giant distributor. You can also rest assured that you will never see our products in a distributors catalog. By cutting out the middle man we pass the savings directly on to you and your customers. Every initial order comes with a really swanky handcrafted Ray Jones display box packed with the best selling varieties of Artisan Dice. You’ll also get Artisan Dice t-shirts for your staff (limit of 6), along with handcrafted Artisan Dice signage.

  • What's your store like? Do you sell games? Or comics? Host gaming days? Is your store a traveling gypsy wagon? (Because if it is, then that would be totally awesome.) Basically, we want to know what to tell our customers to expect when we send them to you.

*Must provide photos of store front and  a digital copy of your Sales Tax ID in the above application.
**If your business travels with Renaissance Fairs or Conventions there is some leeway with the physical location.
***What you sell our products for in your store is your own business, but we do ask that you advertise MSRP pricing only.
