Few, however, compare to the infinite potential of these magnificent cosmic pieces. While they may be capable of great wonders individually, together they give those who wield them the power to shape all possibility. An often forgotten piece of the set has been discovered to allow the previous six to join and give their wielder the power of the Ultimate Nemesis as well. We have gathered together these powerful gems crafted from space age material in a complete set to offer to those able to get their hands on it.

Many artifacts have graced the tables of the most ardent gamers and still more lie waiting to be utilized by a worthy player.

Infinity Dice Box InsidePolymethyl Methacrylate was invented in 1928 and first marketed in 1933 as safety glass thanks to its shatter resistant nature. Since its inception Methacrylate has been synthesized in about a dozen different methods leading to twice that many trademarked names for poly(methyl methacrylate). Names like Lucite, Plexiglass, ACRYLITE, and Perspex are all essentially the exact same thing with some very minor differences due in part to how the methacrylate was produced. The PMMA we use in crafting our Alchemist’s Dice is manufactured by Lucite.

Our Infinity Dice come in a set of seven dice crafted from our Optically Clear Acrylic and encased in a stamped steel tin with custom acrylic insert.  Below we have created some custom 5th Edition stat blocks to include the Infinity Dice into your own game. Fair warning! These dice are not for the low of level.  While we would love to hear of the antics that a fifth level bard may get up to while wielding the dice, that is not exactly the intended purpose.  These high level artifacts may, however, be just what your level 20 wizard needs to go back in time and save his fallen party or perhaps what barbarian may require to win a fist fight with a Archdevil.

Want to win a set of Infinity Dice for your next game? Then put your stat block skills to the test and create the best stat block for the Ultimate Nemesis summoned by the union of all seven Dice.  To enter: email your Ultimate Nemesis stat block to contact@artisandice.com with the subject line “Ultimate Nemesis” before Midnight May 31st CST. We will announce the winner the following week.  *The give away has concluded. The winner is listed below along with their epic Ultimate Nemesis Stat Block.

Ego Die

Wondrous Item, artifact(requires attunement)

Of all the Infinity Dice, Ego is easily the more obscure and quickly forgotten.  Its power individually pales in comparison to the other six, however, without it they are all merely artifacts.  Only through their reunion can their true ultimate power be unleashed.

Sentience: The Ego Die is a Sentient Chaotic Good artifact with an Intelligence of 25, a Wisdom of 25, and a Charisma of 20.  It has hearing and darkvision out to 120 ft.  The artifact can understand all languages and can communicate telepathically with the wielder.  It can also produce visions and dreams while the wielder is either asleep or in a trance.

Personality: The Die has one driving purpose, the reuniting of all seven Infinity Dice. It contains the soul of the creator of all seven artifacts and will compel its wielder to seek them out at all cost.

Random Properties: The Ego Die has the following random properties:

  • 1 minor beneficial property
  • 1 major beneficial property
