Lightning Strike Dice

Crafted from Katalox, also known as Mexican Royal Ebony. Katalox a dense and durable hardwood native to southern Mexico, Central America, and South America. This exotic wood is prized for its beautiful dark ruddy-brown to nearly black heartwood, which often features a striking purple hue. Katalox is highly resistant to decay and insect damage, making it an excellent choice for high-end furniture, cabinetry, and flooring. Its fine grain texture makes it an excellent candidate for the Lichtenburg process is used to make these dice.

This process requires a full 1.21 gigawatts of sparky fun juice pumped through each die vaporizing a path for the electricity to flow between each probe. This produces lots a smoke, an occasional crispy fried minion, and some truly stunning lightiing stike patterns for which these dice are named.

This aurora pigment is white in day light and glows a brilliant blue under UV light or glow in the dark.
