  • Customize Your Dice

After having made your selection above, please choose the die/dice that you would like to have customize. For instance, if ordering a Full Polyhedral Set, you may have the entire set customized, just the d20, or only the six sided dice. Please note this option will set the price for Engraving options and Embellishments.

    Engraving Options

We offer 2 styles of engraving. Our standard engraving style burns the outline of the number on each face. This outline style of engraving works well with our Infill technique of Embellishment, and is great for adding a splash of cost effective color to your chosen dice. The second style of engraving we offer is a Raster Engraving style. This process burns solid numbers into each face of the dice and works very well with our Inlay techniques of Embellishment, which allows us to make use of real metal alloys and crush semiprecious stones.

  1. Lewis

In that picture, which would produced that blue tinted d20?

    • Lewis

LOL, sorry. Which ‘wood’ produced that bluish color?

    • Charlie Brumfield

it’s not blue. that’s just the light reflecting off the dice.

      • Lewis

Which one of the woods would reflect the light that way? Several of your woods have iridescence and shimmer to them. Which one would reflect the light in that manner?

  2. Brian Saad

Are any of the dyed woods in the assorted d20s? I would like to order the set of 4, but wouldn’t if there is a chance of getting a dyed wood in the mix.

    Thank you.

    • Charlie Brumfield

nope there are no dyed woods brian. and my apologies for getting back to you after we closed the sale. i did not see you comment until now.

  3. Randy Martinez

just wondering how many dice come with one set….they look amazing and I absolutely need these for my D and D gaming days!!

  4. John J

If I ordered 4 of the assorted d20s, would they come with a box?

    • Charlie Brumfield

yes they do come in a box

  5. Bernie

The description says 4 d20 dice, but the order says “1 Assorted d20”. I’m assuming that means 1 set of 4 d20 dice? Thanks!

    • Charlie Brumfield

fixed it. for some reason the 4 dice set option had been turned off. it’s back on again so you should see it now.

      • Bernie

        Great, thanks Charlie!

  6. Edmund

    Hi Charlie!
Is it possible to sorta request specific D20s from the assortment batch? I mean… if they’re available? Or is it just… luck of the draw?

  7. Heather

Does only the set of 4 come in a box?

    • Charlie Brumfield

yup just the set of 4. though upto 5 will fit in the box.

  8. Heather

Ok so I just want to double check since the description is a little ambiguous, the set of four would come with 4 full polyhedral sets total. Correct?

    • Charlie Brumfield

no just the 4 d20s. they would come in our 4.5″ dice box

      • Heather

Oh, ok sorry one of your answers above had confused me.

  9. Nima

I ordered 5d20 and 5D6. How will I know which one is made of which type of wood?

  10. Heather

I ordered a random d20 as a surprise gift for my game’s excellent DM. He has admired these dice for a long time. I was disappointed to receive it today with no description of what wood it’s made from. I’ll have to guess what it is from site photos.

  11. Kilrathi

Nima and Heather – try posting pictures in the forum and maybe Charlie or other users can identify them.

  12. Sam

I just recently came across this site because of a friends post on Facebook. I am intrigued by these dice. I am a little confused here and want to clarify. Is the idea that 1 random d20 is $21 and you select the quantity to reflect how many different woods you would like to see or are there multiple d20’s in the “1 assorted d20@ $21”. Seems to me like each d20 is $21 but some of the messages above are clouding that for me. Thanks.

  13. Ryan

So is it just a single random d20 for $21 and only 4d20 for the $75?

    • Charlie Brumfield

      yup that’s correct ryan.

  14. Annie

I would love to have a random full 10 dice polyhedral set, but don’t see this option listed anymore, just the single d20 or four d20’s. If these are available and as reasonable as the random other sets, I’d love to order some.

  15. Randy S.

I’m sorry but I am new here and am confused with this item. If I were to order option 1 you would send me a single D20 but if I choose option 2 i would get 4 D20?
Also, if the artisan box can only hold 5 dice why is it so large to hold what looks more like 40 dice? Or is it a placeholder image?
    I’m so confused!

    • Randy S.

Oops, didn’t read the description correctly o the right of the image. That remedies that then.

  16. mike9465

I got one of these but when I got it, I have no idea what wood is made of. There was no info in the package, nothing. I like it I’m happy with the die but would like to know what it is.

  17. Steven

As this is a random d20 is the lead time on these dice quite short?

    • Charlie Brumfield

      yes it is.

These dice are awesome and worth every penny for such fine craftsmanship.

Ordered a set of 4 as gifts for my DnD group. The dice are amazing and they included a nice variety. While I would have liked to know which woods were included it’s a minor quibble and I was able to make a fairly educated guess from the site photos.
